When I began as a teenager, I was instantly drawn in by the intricate techniques involved in jewelry making. Melding links of gold, setting gemstones, fashioning custom mechanisms for lockets, I wanted to submerge myself in the myriad styles that danced through my mind.
I initially made jewelry for my family – my mother and grandmother consider themselves very lucky! And for more than 20 years, I have worked to establish Alex Nazar Inc. on Manhattan’s 47th Street, bringing my art to an even wider audience – including you.
I want to share my passion for handmade jewelry with you. I’m always experimenting with new styles – do reach out if you have any jewelry ideas that you want to discuss. We’ll bounce ideas around, discuss designs and create something novel together.
